Voice Solutions

Human beings truly started evolving only after they started communicating with each other. Even with the advancements in technologies like Email and instant messaging, voice communication continues to be central to our very existence. These other tools only aid us in our need to communicate with others but have not been able to replace the spoken word. Today, we can reach out to and talk to people across the world by simply pressing a few keys on our phone. However, the systems that make this possible are hugely complex.

When an organisation grows, so does the demand for more features from our voice communication systems. From simple analog phones, growing organisations need features like voice mail, call forwarding, conference calling and more. Hence, it is extremely important to start planning for the future from the get go. The needs of a Small Office/ Home Office are vastly different from medium sized enterprises which are less complex compared to large, multi-location corporations. The challenge is to find a solution that grows with the organization, ensuring investment protection.

Arya specialises in designing and deploying solutions that meet the current and future needs of various types of organisations. We help you plan for future demands so that your voice communication systems can scale with your growth.

Small Office & Home Office

Small businesses have traditionally used a key telephone system or a private branch exchange (PBX). These allow businesses to connect their desktop phones to a limited number of telephone lines and limited services such as answering machines and call logging.
PBX’s of today have the capability to grow into larger systems along with the organization. They permit the addition of VoIP and free services such as Skype, to enhance the user’s capability to reach the outside world from a single communication platform.

The Medium enterprise

With more than 100 employees, the medium sized enterprise’s needs for voice communication grows manifold from the earlier small office. Employees roam the office and need calls to be forwarded to wherever they are. Therefore comes the need to have an operator manned EPABX which serves not only internal communication but also external calls making sure the calls land on the right desk every time.
The introduction of VoIP has changed the landscape somewhat for medium sized enterprises. They can use services such as Skype to make and receive calls over the internet using their laptops, tablets or traditional telephones. They can deploy a solution that integrates voice, video and data. Or even use a hybrid system that integrates VoIP capabilities into your existing phone system.

Large Enterprises

When the organisation grows to more than 500 employees, the demands have grown exponentially. With multiple departments, the need for handling each separately is of prime importance. Each department has their own hierarchy and methodology to handle voice calls. This calls for intelligent systems that can handle not just various types of calls but also build in escalation matrices and call diversions when required. IVR, call forwarding, voice mails delivered to the desktop, integration with the IP network and connectivity to the mobile user are some of the features that large enterprise need from their communication systems

Multi-location Corporations

With many offices spread across the globe of varying size and type of operation, these corporations depend heavily on their voice communication infrastructure to ensure employees remain accessible at all times. Currently, the user experience in a remote office, like a factory, will be vastly different from the facilities available to people working at the Head Office. But this need not necessarily be the situation for your firm.
Today’s voice systems for such large corporations ride on the IP network that connects all these offices to each other. With only a single telephone number, these systems are intelligent enough to route incoming calls to the right person, no matter where they are on the network. So you may be dialling a number in New Delhi and speaking to a person in Mumbai. With integration with unified communication systems, the user can then access all his communication on any device they use, like a mobile, tablet, desktop, office phone or even at their homes.

Note : These solutions are further enhanced with the modulating IP-EPABX where the deliverables of the vendor is only a DVD which needs to be run on the server (VMWARE/HYPERVISOR)by the user.In this case, all the features license to be activated and all trunks and entries are in SIP band.
